Some of the symptoms are:

1. Pressure or pain in the abdomen, pelvis, back, or legs
2. A swollen or bloated abdomen
3. Nausea
4. Indigestion
5. Gas
6. Constipation, or diarrhea
7. Feeling very tired all the time
8. Shortness of breath
9. Feeling the need to urinate often
10. Unusual vaginal bleeding (heavy periods, or bleeding after menopause)

NO, NO. There is no present screening test for ovarian cancer. The PAP smear/test is good for what it was designed for but not for ovarian cancer.
