1 package Duncan Hines Golden Sugar Cookie Mix
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
½ tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup apricot preserves, heated and strained
Preheat oven to 350.
For Crust, prepare cookie mix following package directions for original recipe. Spread evenly
on ungreased 12 inch pizza pan (I use the aluminum throw away ones). Bake at 350 deg F for 14 to 16 minutes or until edges are lightly brown. Cool completely.
For Filling, combine cream cheese , sugar and vanilla in small bowl. Beat at low speed with
electric mixer until smooth. Spread on cool crust,. Refrigerate until chilled.
For topping, dry fruits on paper towels. Arrange in circles on chilled crust working from
outside edge to center. Brush fruit with warmed preserves to glaze. Refrigerate until ready to
